Rental of the entire villa Olive Court, Kras on the island of Krk, up to maximum of 10 guests allowed, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a private pool.

Price list
- 01.04.-30.04.: EUR 350 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 01.05.-31.05.: EUR 450 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 01.06.-19.06.: EUR 650 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 20.06.-09.07.: EUR 950 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 10.07.-25.08.: EUR 1,200-1,400 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 26.08.-10.09.: EUR 900 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 11.09.-30.09.: EUR 700 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
- 01.10.-31.10.: EUR 450-500 per night; minimum stay 6 nights.
Included in the price
- Exclusive use of the entire villa for the booked number of guests.
- Air conditioning and heating.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
- Private parking and electric vehicle charging.
- Use of the private pool, terrace, fully enclosed garden, barbecue and outdoor facilities.
- Bed linen, bathroom towels and eight pool towels.
- Final cleaning, water and electricity.
- Tourist tax.
- For stays longer than 13 days: one bed-linen and towel change and one cleaning at the host’s expense.
Not included in the price
- Airport transfers and other transportation.
- Grocery delivery and pre-arrival fridge stocking.
- Boat rental, skipper, fuel, mooring fees and organised boat trips.
- Car, bicycle or e-bike rental through external providers.
- Massage - available on request for an extra charge.
- Daily housekeeping and extra linen or towel changes beyond the included service.
Pricing and booking notes
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- Minimum stay: 6 nights in all periods.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Damage deposit: EUR 0.
- Booking deposit for direct reservations: 10% of the total price.
- The full remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation deadline under the booking terms: 30 days before arrival.
- For stays longer than 13 days, one bed-linen and towel change and one cleaning are included at the host’s expense.
- There is no short-stay surcharge because the minimum stay is 6 nights.
